Killarney - An Age Friendly Community

In age-friendly communities, the policies, services and structures associated with the physical and social environment are planned to help older adults "age actively." Age-friendly communities encourage social engagement. At Killarney Services For Seniors we recognize that more than 90% of older Canadians live independently in their communities and want to remain in them. Everyone benefits from age-friendly communities.
